twtxt: Direct message echo

How does it work?

1. Add https://dm-echo.andros.dev/twtxt.txt to your following list with some alias (for example dm-echo.
2. Send a direct message to dm-echo with the message you want to test.
3. Send a request, or open your browser, to https://dm-echo.andros.dev/generate/?url=<your twtxt.txt url>. For example, https://dm-echo.andros.dev/generate/?url=https://my-domain.com/twtxt.txt.
